Steve and Jens worked fast, it didn't take very long to install. I can't believe we lived without a thermostat. They even cleaned up, had wet ones to clean off the HVAC cabinet. Worth every penny of the upgrade. I only gave 4 stars because it took us a while before we could get it but I guess they were busy.

Finally comfortable at home. Steve,I just wanted to say how happy we are with the Condo Climate system. We’ve had it installed for a few weeks now, and the difference is incredible. Before this, our unit was always either too hot or too cold, and we were constantly adjusting the fan. Now we can just set the temperature and forget about it. It stays consistent all day and night, which has made a huge difference in how comfortable our home feels.

Hi Steve, I wanted to share my experience with Condo Climate, which I've had installed for about two months now. For years, I dealt with the typical condo temperature rollercoaster. Our unit only had a basic fan coil system with no real thermostat, meaning winter nights were either stuffy and hot or required us to crack a window and waste energy. I didn't think there was a fix until I saw a Condo Climate ad on our community board. A special shout-out to you, who was incredibly accommodating. You even let me see the product in action in your own unit and explained everything clearly, which gave me the confidence to move forward. This device is pure genius. The installation was seamless, it works perfectly with the existing fan coil, and it has completely transformed the comfort of our home. For the first time, we can set a desired temperature and maintain it. Those unbearably hot winter nights are gone, and the room stays consistent all night long. As an added bonus, my electric bill has already done down. If you live in the building and struggle with a lack of temperature control, I highly recommend getting this installed.
